Who Is Show Tufli?
Who exactly is Show Tufli? Show Tufli is the youngest member of Demevolist Music Group. Charles Hamilton fans may just see him as his side-kick, but the other Harlem native has proven much different. His recent Fox 5 series including 5 mixtapes have been seen everywhere online. From each mixtape Show has shown his skills, versatility, and growth. Let’s pick this 19 yr old’s mind and learn a little bit about him…
What Up Fli? I’m sure you are enjoying the release of “This Fli Life” today, if not, well I am.
Yes of course, im loving the feedback
Glad to hear, how much of a growing process has the Fox 5 series been?
Fox 5 is my first projects ever released. It was the first time I actually had release dates and actually had to put an album together within a certain time. It was the first time I put out projects ever. I’ve recorded projects in the past that were never released. Fox 5 has really helped me get into the habit of writing whole songs. Not just a verse here and there but actually writing songs. It helped me get better and develop a lane in music in which I want to go.
That can only lead me to one question…series 2 coming in the future?
Yes, I think eventually I will do a Fox 5 Part 2. I mean, a series like Fox 5 wont do anything but help improve my ability as an artist. Its like basketball practice. It’s also something that can build a following, since it’s so much music being put out together.
We will be patiently waiting for that. So here is a tough one, name your favorite song off of each mixtape from the Fox 5 series..
WestHarlemSwaggerfikMercedesCruisinMuzik would have to be World Tour. I love the hook on this joint My favorite off of Without A Doubt is Understand Soon, It was jus the most heart felt and real record on the project. My fav. on The SHow is My First Single.. I was being a smartass. Come Home With Me is my fav on Come Home With Me lol, that sounds funny
This Fli Life I havent really decided my fav but its between This Fli Life and Taking It All Away
I would have to pick Taking It All Away between them two. Which mixtape did you enjoy making the most?
I enjoyed doin Come Home With Me the most. It was soo Harlem. I love that fact that Im from Harlem! It was also around the time that Cam came back so I was kinda proud to be from Harlem at the time.
So far it has seemed to get the biggest internet buzz. In the future if you could choose one person to collaborate with, who would Show Tufli pick?
I want to work with Will.I.Am. It might sound weird but yeah. I think we could make some crazy feel good music together. Songs About Girls is a dope album. i think it was slept on. Hes a creative dude, not afraid to express himself. I like music that sounds natural.
Maybe a Songs About Girls mixtape from you? Well we know about your music, what about your life…You are 19 right and we know you rep harlem to the fullest!
Yes 19 from Harlem! I’ve been rapping since I can remember honestly. I started recordin at 15 and havent stopped since. Music is simply a part of me. Im your average 19 year old tho. I’m really into fashion. I would really like to be an entrepreneur. I have alot of goals in life music is jus one.

Good to know you got a good head on your shoulders man. Do you care to explain anything about your stroke?
Ahh.. the turning point in my life. I went through a real rebellious stage where I was doing alot different in life. Alot of things changed at once and I guess I didnt kno how to deal with certain things. When I had the stroke I felt like I was being told to wake up and look at the oppurtunites I have in life. The doctors don’t know what caused it. I was paralyzed from the neck down. I spent 28 days in the hospital and atleast two months out of school. As time went on my body improved and i developed basic mobility back. I felt like I couldnt take life for granted anymore. I have to make something of myself. Brushed that dirt off and got to work..
Wow, if you can bounce back from that, this rap game must be easy. So with all that said, who is Show’s biggest influence, musical or personal?
My biggest influence is my mother. She is too strong lol There for me through everything. Life in itself is an influence too. The ups and downs; all the pain and relief that comes with it.
None of us would be anywhere without our moms. Ay thanks for the interview Show, We at appreciate your time for doing this. I got one last question…How Fli?
