Digable Planets’ Debut Album Gets 25th Anniversary Reissue

Digable Planets have announced a reissue of their debut record Reachin’ (A New Refutation of Time and Space) to celebrate its 25th anniversary. It’s out on February 23, 2018 via Light in the Attic. For the reissue, which is the first repressing on vinyl since 1993, the album has been expanded into a 2xLP. It also includes liner notes from Larry Mizell Jr. and an interview with Ish Butler.

Digable Planets released two albums during their initial run. The second, 1994’s Blowout Comb, was reissued by Light in the Attic in 2013.
